About Me

I have been a physical therapist for over 14 years, and have dedicated the majority of my career to pelvic health.  I study with John Barnes, Tom Meyers, Antony Lo, Sarah Duvall, Susan Clinton, Teryn Hallam, and so many more, and intentionally network with thousands of other pelvic health professionals, many local, to make sure you are getting the most current education and treatment.   I also stay humble in the service of you.  I hear stories every day in my office of people being unheard by their professional team, and being lost in the shuffle of many.  That does not occur in my office. I provide education, and supportive movement and lifestyle strategies along with skilled hands on treatment to support your personal goals.  I want for you a life unhindered by pelvic health issues.  

I currently live on ‘A Bit Leary’ farm in Sutton, New Hampshire with my husband, 4 children, and many, many farm and household animals. We can often be found swimming or paddling in our local lakes.  Our family loves to grow, raise, and cook our food together.
